What I have found consistently in my work is that taking the first step towards a goal is typically the most challenging. When we think about our goals, or just simply our responsibilities and tasks for the day, we can quickly get caught up in a fantasy of what could be. Yet, when it comes to taking actual action, things seems daunting. Although we may know a change is needed, a life of inaction inevitably seems to prevail. As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, it is my goal to provide the highest quality psychological services to those that are tired of waiting and are willing and ready to take action.
