My role as a therapist is to work in a deep and supportive manner. I strive to foster a compassionate and safe space for you to explore who you are, your patterns, creative aspects, and trauma. I value guiding clients on their journey to cultivating deeper insight into their lives in order to foster personal growth and healing. I work with teens, young adults, adults and couples working through anxiety, life transitions, attachment trauma, guilt, shame, self sabotage, lack of fulfillment, relationship issues, college issues, boundaries, sex issues, self esteem, family conflict, codependency, and complex trauma.
