I am currently an LMFTA. My background includes 6+ years in the mental health field, and over 13 years' experience working with children and families utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy in schools, homes, and clinics. These modalities not only help the children with various developmental disabilities and autism, it also helps parents and siblings use everyday methods, making their day easier. I encourage and support focusing on what really matters, our relationships. Since that time I went on to study Marriage and Family Therapy. The main modalities that I like using are Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative and Collaborative.
