All human beings deserve inner peace, happiness, belonging, connection, purpose, meaning, and fulfillment. Most of the time, however, these necessary qualities for self-actualization require reflection and conscious, strategic movement toward growth. I believe that we are all capable of this. My therapy style is intended to support individuals in this process, in a gentle but evidence-based manner. I have immense empathy and compassion for all of my clients and prioritize creating a judgment-free space, where individuals can learn about all facets of themselves.
