I work to support adolescents and young adults who may be facing anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and the impact of trauma while utilizing an approach that is trauma-informed and grounded in empathy and cultural humility. My midwest upbringing has given me a different perspective on the bubbles we live in and how to find the common theme that binds us all as humans. Compassion and providing a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and safe to be themselves is my priority. I believe that healing happens in therapeutic relationships built on trust and I will walk alongside you. Using psychodynamic, CBT, and ACT principles, I will bring what YOU need to therapy, not just a template used for everyone. I am supervised by Rebecca Brooks, LMHC, LPC.
