Hi ! I am Justine Hale. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor baased in New York City. I completed my undergraduate at John Jay College. I attended NYU for my Masters. I have 8 years in the Humaan Service field, with 3 of those years being exclusive to being a therapist. I utilize an integrative approach with clients, framing therapy based on an individual’s needs at that time. During our first session, I open up with introductions and check-ins. We will speak about confidentiality, along with expectations for therapy. We will discuss whaat led you to therapy at this time as well as exploring intitial goals. My goal for the first session is to provide a comforting, safe space.
