Justine is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, who works with adults, kids and families. She is also one of the clinical supervisors at Alpine Integrative Wellness. She has a great deal of experience with diverse cultures, and beliefs. Justine provides psychotherapy which helps in resolving issues related to trauma, anxiety, interpersonal and relational issues. Justine meets her clients with kindness, compassion and understanding. She often provides psycho-education on various conditions and plenty of coping tools for people experiencing, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD/learning disabilities, life transitions and beyond. Justine is trauma informed & client-led. She is EMDR trained & training in Somatic Experiencing SE 3rd year. Justine also uses a great deal mindfulness & polyvagal theory, she also understands attachment styles, with kids- play/sand tray therapy. She provides a comfortable & safe environment for expression & processing, she allows space for healing to occur.
