Hello! I work with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, chronic perfectionism, depression, intergenerational/familial issues, life transitions, identity and values exploration, and self-esteem. As a Filipino-American and first-generation immigrant, I am passionate about supporting BIPOC individuals navigate spaces of systemic oppression including experiences of marginalization in race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and disability. I believe healing starts with connection and collaboration. Whatever point or start that may be, I hope to walk alongside you in your journey of healing. I specialize in narrative, multicultural, and systemic therapy, emphasizing the importance of individuals naming and re-authoring their stories. I want to make you feel empowered in your life and cultivate growth in your own power. As needed based on the client’s goals and concerns, I also use other therapy approaches such as mindfulness, IFS, and CBT.
