I am a compassionate, irreverent, strengths-based therapist. I enjoy helping teenagers, adults, and partnerships deepen their relationships with themselves. I think of therapy as a laboratory for discerning and developing life change. By considering therapy, I believe that you already possess the innate capacity and bravery to pursue this change so that you can live your life to the fullest. I draw upon psychodynamic, narrative, transfeminist, and other liberatory approaches in my work with clients. I have completed EMDR Basic Training with Deany Laliotis of the Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy.
