I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree from Capella University, graduating in 2021. While completing my graduate studies, I worked as a substance abuse counselor, which deepened my understanding of addiction and its impact on individuals and families. I specialize in working with couples, families, and children, and I’m passionate about helping clients build stronger connections, heal emotional wounds, and create more harmonious lives. My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps clients identify and shift emotional patterns that disrupt relationships.
