I work with adults (18+) from all walks of life—those living with chronic illness or neurodivergence, managing anxiety or depression, unpacking unresolved trauma, or navigating identity and relationships within the BDSM, LGBTQ+, or polyamorous communities. Many of my clients are introspective and aware of their patterns but feel stuck when emotions hit hard. I specialize in helping people move from insight to action—learning emotional regulation, restoring trust in themselves, and reconnecting with what matters most.
