My training is rooted in evidence based practices such as CBT, trauma informed care, strengths based practice and relational therapy to assist my clients with everyday life stress, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, challenging family dynamics, managing chronic illness, and past trauma. I bring a compassion, practicality and integrity in helping you to develop greater skills in coping with your emotions and in creating more satisfying lives and relationships with others. I also strive to help people better understand the patterns that contribute to ongoing suffering, often stemming from earlier life experiences.
