I am here to help you question your unquestioned assumptions, face the unfamiliar, and experiment with changes that you haven’t yet considered. I have fifteen years’ experience in the mental health field, supporting clients through depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and more. Each of your feelings is a snapshot of one moment in your life, packed with useful information. In therapy, we decode those feelings together, to learn more about what you fear, what you hope for, and how you plan to get there.
