I provide trauma-informed treatment for individuals who have experienced cumulative trauma through childhood and adulthood. Our sessions can be a place to navigate depression, anxiety, fears and worries, relationship struggles, identity, life transitions, and more. For many of us, we are trying to process a variety of past and current stressors; our time together can be used to practice resetting the nervous system. With a focus on understanding the impact of trauma and personal experiences, I can help you gain a better sense of identity and compassion for self.
