I strive to appreciate the unique strengths and challenges of each child, individual, couple, and family that I meet. I believe that collaboration fosters resilience and value the importance of the therapeutic relationship. My clients are provided a trusting environment based on compassion and acceptance where they are safe to explore solutions to their most intimate challenges and receive support and wisdom to improve their most important relationships. I appreciate the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele. In addition to family systems, I have specialized training in working with those who have experienced trauma. EMDR and Sand Tray therapies have led to much improvement.
