A healthy, satisfying relationship is challenging, whether you strive for a good one with your parent, your spouse or partner, or your child. Each person experiences the relationship differently, and individual needs change. My practice includes working with relationship issues, stress and trauma, as well as depression and the impact of substance use, and separation and divorce on individuals, families and children. My therapeutic approach incorporates research and my years of clinical experience working with families, adults and children at all stages of relationships and development.
