As a parent, you are the expert on your child and family. But even experts can feel challenged which is why they have a collaborative team around them to problem-solve and brainstorm. Finding that team is very personal; you need to feel connected and trusting enough to have those difficult conversations. Your child(ren) are your world, to see them struggle with anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, or personal relationships can be overwhelming. Let’s work together to give your child(ren), teen and family the tools to manage all that life throws at them. My experience in hospitals, schools and community organizations fosters unique insight and out-of-the-box thinking. I offer a patient and non-judgmental space to be heard; full of validation, empathy, and play as we move towards a goal with thoughtfulness and intention. My approach is developmentally appropriate and strengths-based.
