Many children and teens feel invisible, weighed down by shame, anxiety, depression, or trauma. My ideal clients want to feel heard, valued, and empowered—to build healthier relationships, express themselves with confidence, and find hope for the future. As an ACSW, I offer a safe, compassionate space where youth can heal, discover their strengths, and rewrite their stories. Using CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help them move step by step toward resilience, self-worth, and lasting change.
