I understand that seeking out a new therapist can bring up feelings of uncertainty, vulnerability, maybe even fear of what is to come. I am certified in the Level 1 Clinical Training of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and implement this in my work with couples to explore why we may feel disconnected from our partner or why we struggle to understand eachother
