I believe in the power of acknowledging the challenges everyone faces and seeing the inherent strengths each individual possesses. I strive to both validate what is being experienced as well as be creative in supporting clients to build skills to live more from their centered self. It is my goal to support people through whatever they may be facing, help them build tools to feel more balanced, and be more empowered in their lives.
