About
I support Asian men, women, couples, and families in navigating difficult life experiences—including redefining cultural or religious identity, seeking belonging, balancing work and personal priorities, managing repetitive conflict in partner or parent relationships, navigating complex extended family dynamics, and working through separation or divorce. I also help clients cope with illness, grief, and loss, all within a culturally informed and compassionate therapeutic space. I use evidence-based approaches like Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support clients with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, cultural identity confusion, racial discrimination, perfectionism, relational conflict, intimacy struggles, family boundaries, and identity-related challenges.
