Originally from the California coast, I’m a down to earth and relatable counselor who seeks to create an inviting environment that is conducive to each individuals process of health, healing, exploration, and growth. My goal as a clinician is to assist clients in becoming learners of self and students of life as I collaborate with them to establish a standard for healthy living, pursue health in its purest form, navigate seasons of transition, overcome life obstacles, discover purpose and identity, improve self, and walk through seasons of healing and restoration.
