There is a unique challenge in recognizing that you need help and an uphill battle that can follow in trying to access that help. I do my best to meet my clients where they are at and begin orienting them towards where they want to go. At the end of the day my goal is supporting you in helping yourself and building your sense of self-empowerment. I work best with Teens (15+) and Adults due to this self-empowerment approach.
