My path to becoming a therapist began with witnessing how deeply disconnection — from our emotions, our needs, or our sense of purpose — can impact a person’s life. I believe therapy offers a rare and valuable space to pause, reflect, and intentionally choose a new direction. In my work, I enjoy walking alongside clients as they explore what’s happening beneath the surface, recognize patterns that may no longer be helpful, and practice new ways of approaching life. Together, we focus on small but meaningful shifts — one step, one moment at a time — that lead to lasting change.
