Hi! My name is Kaela and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor. I want to start by saying this: therapy can feel really scary and intimidating. I’ve been there too. Opening up to someone new, not knowing what to expect, wondering if you’ll be judged or misunderstood… It’s a lot. But I want you to know, you won’t be alone. I’ll be with you every step of the way, creating a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself. Growing up as a gymnast, my sport was a big part of who I was. It brought me both joy and a lot of anxiety and stress.
