Hi, I'm Kaela. I'm so glad you're here. Whatever you've been using to cope - panic and anxiety, substances, numbing, staying busy - it's just not working the way it used to. When we are struggling, most of us know we need help, but it's really vulnerable to take the first step and reach out and get our needs met. I love to support folks who have realized that change is needed, but they aren't sure how to accomplish it. Growth is hard; we need to do it FOR ourselves, but we can't do it BY ourselves. I will walk with you and show up open, curious, and non-judgemental.
