I believe one of the bravest things a person can do, is to begin to understand their strength. When entering the therapy room with me, the expectation is that you are the expert of your life. It is not my job to tell you what to do but rather to assist you in discovering it on your own. I feel as if I didn’t choose to be a therapist, but rather this job chose me. My life experiences have brought me to the point in my life to be able to assist, support, and uplift my clients through whatever has brought them to this point in theirs. As an Experiential Therapist, my goal is to help you become more emotionally aware and assist you in accessing emotions that are often hidden or not easily communicated. We work together to process these big emotions and discover where they stem from.
