Hey! I’m Kaela (she/her). Through our work together I hope to help expand your understanding of self by looking at how past roles and relationships are affecting the way you approach your current goals and challenges. I strive to create an open and relaxed environment where you feel supported to be your most authentic self as we work through the challenges you are facing. As an integrative systemic therapist I utilize multiple therapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to suit your unique needs which means that our work will be creative and evolve as our work progresses.
