My ideal client is someone struggling with anxiety, trauma or depression who feels overwhelmed by their emotions and unsure how to regain control. I help by offering a warm, collaborative space where clients feel genuinely understood while learning practical, evidence-based emotional regulation skills they can use in everyday life.
