If you’re struggling with anxiety or depression, it can feel incredibly isolating—but you’re not alone. I’ve been there, too. Finding therapy as a college student was a turning point for me, and it inspired me to become a therapist. Today, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share openly and feel truly heard. I also use EMDR to help clients process overwhelming or painful experiences, so they can begin to heal and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. You don’t have to go through this alone—healing is possible, and I’m here to support you.
