I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care through a person-centered, relational approach. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I utilize evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work collaboratively with clients to develop practical strategies for managing distress, regulating emotions, and healing from difficult experiences.
