Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) offering virtual therapy sessions to California residents. I received my Masters from Lamar University and have been practicing for about 4 years. I have 3 years experience working in an eating disorder residential facility, where I helped people aged 16-25 on their path towards recovery. Prior to that, I worked with people aged 16-75 for depression, anxiety, and substance use. In our first session together, I'll probably ask you a lot of questions about your struggles and your goals. We'll see if our personalities fit, and you'll take mental notes to see if you could envision yourself feeling comfortable talking to me about whatever is on your mind! Then we'll create a plan and discuss what therapy would look like moving forward.
