I am a national Board Certified Music Therapist with a passion to support individuals with mental health needs through music. I have struggled with my own mental health in the past and know how important it is to find a mode of therapy that empowers and motivates. Music is a powerful tool and I have have used it to help individuals with emotional regulation, self expression, increasing self-esteem and developing coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and stress. I know that music can be a safe and engaging way to facilitate positive mental health.
