I am a clinical mental health counseling intern currently completing my master’s degree. I work with adults and teens, providing a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I have experience supporting pregnant and postpartum mothers through life transitions and emotional adjustment. I am passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and OCD, as well as heal from trauma. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your story, and help you uncover strengths to move toward greater well-being. Together, we can work toward healing and balance in your everyday life.
