I am passionate about helping individuals work through difficult life transitions and overcoming challenging pasts. My goal is to empower clients through the development of skills to improve emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, and life satisfaction. I provide psychotherapy focused on unresolved core issues that lead to difficulties with one's self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Using a combination of EMDR Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness I help teens and adults explore their internal experiences and find emotional healing and stability.
