I believe in your story. I believe in the worth and beauty of every human being and from that lens I collaborate with individuals, couples, and families to find meaning and transformation from their suffering. I believe the foundation of transformation is through compassion, curiosity, and community. My goal is to be a midwife to the beauty your story brings the world. I work with people going through stage of life changes, ADHD, trauma, grief, spiritual issues, anxiety, infertility, depression, and relational conflict. My goal is to come alongside and help integrate these parts of you to bring hope, healing, and wholeness. I practice EMDR therapy, Narrative therapy, Family Systems, and Internal Family Systems to facilitate healing.
