Welcome! I'm glad you're here. As a compassionate and authentic therapist, I specialize in supporting queer and trans people in overcoming shame and self-doubt to foster self-trust and connection. I help LGBTQ+ people navigating trauma and oppression to reconnect with resilience, joy, and presence. I work with queer parents and parents of LGBTQ+ kids to address unique challenges, disrupt intergenerational trauma and cultivate self-understanding in their parenting journey. Using a strengths-based, body-centered, trauma-informed, and liberation-focused approach, I create a safe space for you to connect with your body and emotions.
