I am currently accepting new clients. Life can be difficult with challenges that get thrown our way. I work with adults 18+ experiencing anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, relationship concerns, trauma, and more. I value meeting the client where they are at and assisting them in discovering their strengths. It is important that an individual has a warm and safe space and that is one of my main goals to provide to others.
