About

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in marketing, where I noticed the struggle to access quality mental health care. This gap inspired me to switch careers and help close it. My interests also include the mental health impacts of COVID and chronic illness. I’m actively involved in research in these areas and love seeing people build confidence and feel better. Specialized care for OCD is often hard to find, I'm excited to work with NOCD to provide this need. At NOCD, my team and I focus on evidence-based treatment for OCD, supported by our intensive training in ERP—the gold standard for OCD treatment.
