Life is heavy and often times, its the mental load that weighs heaviest. I find humor to be healing and an effective outlet to externalize our inner experiences in a way to connect to others. I practice with a person-centered approach, guided by the belief that humans are inherently good with an innate drive to thrive rather than just survive. This approach values the unique complexities of being human and understands there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to health (mental & physical!). In our time together, expect to laugh, cry, challenge the status quo, share memes, and to say the things you can't say to anyone else.
