I believe my clients already hold the wisdom they need, they just need a new lens or a companion for the journey. Many of the folks I work with have experienced trauma in some form and are searching for meaning, identity, or connection in its aftermath. Often, they come to me when they’re ready to go beyond coping and begin the deeper work of self-discovery. Together we will explore the full spectrum of the human experience—from identity and sexuality to boundaries, creative expression, spirituality, and confronting those inner dragons like fear and anxiety.
