I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. My primary focus of treatment is building off the strengths my clients already possess. The areas of my practice are working with life transitions, depression, anxiety, adjustment, self-esteem, school stressors, and trauma. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy and draw from humanistic and attachment theories. I am also trained in parent-child interaction therapy.
