About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has worked with children, teens, adults, families, and groups. My therapy style is based around a person-centered approach, which encourages the client to lead session and direct the course of their treatment. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, addictive behaviors, abuse, neglect, grief, self-esteem, stress, domestic violence, and relationship issues. I integrate play, art, and movement into session when appropriate. I utilize EMDR, Play therapy, CBT, and DBT components to assist in the healing process.
