Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Titusville, Florida specializing in the treatment of children ages 2-16. I aim to help my clients understand emotions, improve communication, and control their behavior. My experience areas include ADHD support, trauma treatment, depression relief, Autism work, family transitions, anger management, and anxiety regulation, to name the most common. Caregivers can expect to be involved in the process and apprised of the strategies the child learns in sessions. I promise to work with focus, compassion, and determination to achieve the goals we set together. I tailor treatment to the individual child using a combination of techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, play therapy, art activities, behavior management, and rehearsal of coping skills.
