Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, relationship concerns, and low self-esteem. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe sharing your story. I believe the foundation of effective therapy is a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona who takes an individualized approach to therapy. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and EMDR, to support clients in meeting their unique goals.
