Maybe you've found yourself struggling to adjust to a major life change or maybe you've realized that it's time to talk about issues that have been building over many years. Whatever the case, I believe that now is the just the right time to begin the process of healing, building connection, and living wholeheartedly. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel free to explore your feelings, take risks, and engage in the hard work it takes to create lasting positive changes. I provide individual counseling to individuals of all ages, but specialize in working with women and young adults.
