Therapy with me is a collaborative, down-to-earth space where you can be fully yourself. I work best with clients who are open to reflecting on where they’ve been, how it’s shaped them, and where they’d like to go next. Many are navigating life transitions, relationship tension, anxiety, grief, or a sense of disconnection. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about doing meaningful work together at your pace. I show up authentically in session and create a space where you can do that too. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship stress. I offer a supportive space with practical tools rooted in Family Systems, Attachment Theory, CBT, SFBT, and EMDR. We’ll explore what’s holding you back and build a path forward, together.
