I specialize in supporting children and adolescents ages 7 and up, with a focus on anxiety-related disorders and OCD. I work closely with kids, pre-teens, and teens to help them understand their emotions, reactions, and behaviors in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming. As a Certified Holistic Mental Health Counselor, I take a whole-person approach that goes beyond symptoms. I look at the root contributors to emotional wellbeing—such as nervous system regulation, lifestyle patterns, sleep, nutrition, environmental stressors, and mind–body balance.
