Hi I'm Kaitlin! I specialize in supporting teens, students and young adults who are navigating the complex challenges of adolescence and adulthood. From dealing with anxiety, stress, and depression to overcoming self-esteem challenges, I understand how overwhelming this can be. If you're struggling with self esteem, experiencing relationship conflicts, or feeling lost in the midst of life transitions, I'm here to support you.
