About
I work with teens (13+) and adults who feel overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or relationship challenges. Many of my clients feel stuck in painful patterns, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to manage intense emotions. They often come to therapy wanting to better understand their experiences, develop healthier coping skills, and feel more in control of their lives. Their goals are to heal, grow, and build relationships and a sense of self that feel safe, genuine, and grounded. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I use CBT and mindfulness to strengthen emotional regulation, increase insight into patterns, and address the root of distress so growth feels meaningful, practical, and sustainable over time.
